Sorry if it's a stupid question, but can I play in the English, Scottish,... championships... I'm from Belgium and a recent member here. Wanted to play in Nottingham last year but couldn't make it.

And I'll be playing the UKIPT a few days after so might head over to England a bit sooner then if I'm able to play.
