I would like to know if William Hill support respond to emails - ever? Especially after their online support (who knew nothing) asked me to. Anyone else had problems?

So ******** tilting, balance coming off after the Onlines and in principle I'll stick it on Genting instead who are actually contactable.

If the software is dreadful, the least you could do is answer questions and empower your support with details of known issues with Playtech/iPoker.

/rant over

Anyway, thanks extended to APAT for the Onlines this weekend, it's the only reason I discovered I had £200 sitting dormant in my WH account!

hi sir , would just like to reiterate your findings with regard to will hill.they dont reply to emails , they dont seem to have people in their customer service who have any knowledge or interest in your problems.furthermore when problems do occur which are of their own making , they do not bother to inform players about the situation or make any announcements about likely outcomes.
