In advance: Structure is too quick. More levels please.

However, I'm not just here to moan. I have a suggestion.

During the first 2 weeks, the average number of players is 500. APAT have consistently said that they want the league games to last 6hrs (ish). So...Pokerstars run a range of CAP tournaments. I had a look at the only completed 500 cap F/O that I could see in the lobby. It was an $8.80 that started at 10.15am and finished at 16.07pm - which is 5hrs 52m.

The blinds? 3k/10m, but the 72 level structure that Stars has, rather than the 56 level structure that we currently have. See below (We use the one in the middle/right, I propose we use the one on the left)

This seems to have been written specifically for these capped tournaments and seem to be perfect for what we want.

Most people on my table taking ages to make every decision on all streets. Fair enough if you have been re-raised on the Turn, but I can't see why it's necessary pre-Flop with no raise before you. It's no wonder these games take so long.

Structure is ridiculosy fast and thats not from someon who busted early!!

The Bigger 11 started at same time with same clock and at moment blinds are 75-150(20) compared to 200-400(50) in league event....how does that work out?

With half filed gone again by 2nd break and numbers significantly down would it not be an idea to use same structure if clock and staring stacks need to remain same?

weve been discussing this all week. Im probably the one who has been pushing for a better structure more than anyone else. But ive given up now. Just dont think it can be done because has to be over by 1 am. so its just fair enough.

I didn't play last week as was on hol. Read the thread though and was interested to see how it would actually be. Well I survived to finish 30th but, contrary to some posts before that only the people that had gone out were complaining, I also found it ridic too fast. 75% gone after 2 hours surely not great. A significant percentage didn't play tonight and I hear on the grapevine more are dropping out.

We have a 1hr late reg.

Using the structure in my previous post, if someone registered at the last minute, they would still have 30bbs. Why not start at 6.30pm with last reg at 7.30pm?

I don't think we should give up ... this one should we finished well before 1am ... very close to the final table at 11pm.

Once this one got to the pinch point - it stayed there until there were 17 players left - a little play now.
