We're awaiting feedback from one player Dan for PokerStars, and then all of the seats will be allocated.

I read something in the terms that any winnings of more than a certain amount we have to share 30% to the region is this correct and and news on when we will be recieving our prizes

We've now received confirmation of UKIPT legs from all players and PokerStars have been informed of all prize details.  Our Account Director is away until Monday though, so it will be early next week before you see your accounts credited guys.

Hi Rhys,

Yes, the clauses you refer to are as follows:-

11 - Any player winning a seat at a live or online event through clauses 8, 9 & 10, shall agree to allocate 30% of any prize payout ("the team share") above £1,000 in that event, to qualifying team players from his region.

12 - To become a qualifying team player, players must have scored a minimum of 1 player point during the season.

13 - The team share shall be allocated in ratio to the number of player points that each qualifying team player has earned over the season.

So if any of the prize winners cash for more than £1,000 in their event, they would be required to pay 30% of their winnings back to team members, in ratio of their points earned throughout the league.

Regards,

Des.
