I finally got round to chucking the NE trip clothes in the wash today and I heard a rattle in the pocket. Was I that drunk in the casino that I forgot to cash in my meagre chips..

With the DNS changes to the site, your post may be on the old server while you're looking at the new server today.  As the changes can take anywhere between 24 and 48 hours to occur across the internet, there was always going to be a little post shrinkage.

Had a surreal moment in Morrison’s this afternoon. I was in the beer aisle (as you are) when I heard an admonishment from the adjoining aisle. I stopped as I thought I caught a familiar name and listened intently. Sure enough there it was again.

“Laxie, I told you do not touch those” was the loud refrain.

OMG it can’t be, I U-turned the trolley all beer offers forgotten and steered towards the adjoining aisle.

“Laxie, I won’t tell you again” came the irate bellow

I turned into the aisle and there was a father wagging his finger at a small blonde haired girl who was trying to grab a handful of crisp packets.

What are the odds, I sympathised with the wee girl for her unfortunate name and continued on amazed at the foolishness of the family in their naming stakes.
