With blinds at 500/1000/100, Mark Lassman gets his 3.2k across the line early doors following a raise to 3k from Simon John Venn.
Simon makes the call and shows A s 10d
Mark is pleased as he turns over Ad Jh

Ac 6c Kc 6h 4c

They chop!

Steve Roderick finds it folding to him on the button with 2h 2d and he moves his stack across the line - around 20k.

Timothy Magnus, in the big blind, looks down at Ac Qh and makes the call.

Steve is at risk

7s 5c 3c 8c 9c

The flush on the river means Steve is sent to the rail.

The flop is 4h 8d 4d

Dominic Pierse moves all in and is instantly called by Terry Evans.

Dominic turns Ad 10d
Terry has him covered and is holding Kd Kc

10s Jh turn and river mean Terry adds around 45k to his stack taking him to around 125k and Dominic is eliminated.

Michael Dobbs moves all in for around 13k and JP makes the call.

Kh Jh for JP
Qd Qc for Michael

6d 10d Qh flop brings a bit of something for everyone

But the Qs turn puts a stop to JP's chasing and the 7c river is irrelevant.

JP - "I thought I'd have a spin...he wasn't supposed to be that strong"

L12 800/1600(200) Avg 71.5k

Arrive at Table 5 and we have Stephen Maynard against Ricky Cook with a Flop 6c 8h Kc

Turn comes 9c and suddenly all chips are in the middle, with Stephen ahead and at risk of elimination with pocket 9d 9h, and Ricky trailing but live with pocket 8d 8c... trip 9's against trip 8's but the trip 8's have a club flush draw

And the river 4c brings it.... Ricky hitting his flush and knocking out Stephen...

Simon John Venn pushes for around 19k and is called by Clive Handy for not much less.

Simon has Ks Jc
Clive says "I have busted my last 3 live tournaments with this hand" and shows Kh Kc

4c 4h 8c 9c Kd

Clive doubles and leaves Simon with around 3k.
