WP Don - good win.

Shame I missed this one, was at DTD in the Sky Poker tour event.  Looks like I missed out on a cracker.

The comp was fun, but I went out in about 40th to Nick Hicks who called my all-in shove with AKo when I had 33.  He hit the straight and two pair just to make sure.  He finalled, so at least he didn't waste my chips.

Maria won the thing - she runs good.  She was also delighted at the footy result as well.  Oh, I'm sorry you're a manc fan aren't you?  Wink

I won a fair lump on the cash tables, so all was good.  Although I did have a few Guinnesses... Grin

You must talk me through the logic behind this move sometime. Were you UTG again also?  Wink

 Cool

 Cool

Yes, I was.

There was logic behind it.  I was down to about 7 BBs, and I needed a double up.  The cash games were also looking very juicy.

So it was all or nothing, and I didn't want to get blinded out.

I got my chips in ahead...

Many congratulations Don, and to the other final tablists and medal winners.  We are awaiting the official results of the online WCOAP prior to publishing the final rankings of Season Two.
