Trying to get funds onto Betfair to play tonight's tournament but their deposit function is down at the moment.  Phone helpline says 'working to fix this ASAP'.

Could seriously affect turnout tonight if not up in time.

Same as Phil, i eventually got in. Been drinking solidly since 12 and am now moving onto the vodka. Added value right there.

Stu check your Betfair balance mate.. the first one looked like it failed, checked "My account" balance and nothing had been added.. so went again and it worked. Bought in and then checked "My account" again.. and the balance had the deposit from the 1st attempt in there as well Sad

Just spoken to Customer Services who says best thing is to sit and wait it out.

Worse still - I had a couple of attempts where it said the deposit was pending.  Apparently there's a chance these could be queued up in the system and will go through consecutively once the system is back up.  Consequently could very well end up overdrawn if so.

Proceed with caution is my advice.  Support team's advice at the moment is to wait it out.

Just had a call back from Betfair.  Not sure that the system is fully working yet but they can now do deposits over the phone if necessary.

The online deposit system worked for me this time though, so hopefully everyone can now get funds on.

The good news is, I'M IN!
