Humble apologies for reading the terms and conditions absolutely wrongly. Here are revised scenarios.

Division 2

Stockton are promoted
They can win if.
1.   They score 3 points
2.   They score 2 points and Solent don’t win
3.   They score 1 point and Solent don’t win
4.   They score 0 points and Solent score less than 2 and Dublin don’t win


Solent are promoted
They can win if.
1.   They score 3 points (countback if Stockton get 2)
2.   They score 2 points and Stockton fail to score


Dublin can win the league if they get 3 points and Stockton don’t score and Solent score less than 2

Dublin are promoted if
1.   They score 3 points
2.   They score 2 points
3.   They score 1 point and Sheffield fail to win
4.   They score 0 points and Sheffield score less than 2

Sheffield are promoted if
1.   They score 3 points and Dublin score less than 2
2.   They score 2 points and Dublin fail to score

Birmingham promoted if
1.   They score 3 points and Dublin fail to score
