The LPM will be happy to take the same spot in this year's competition as last year. 

Aye, we were a narrow 3rd last year (should have been 2nd/1st really, but having AA vs KK aipf teammate vs teammate didn't help matters! )

Not sure if this has already been covered, but can't find it using the search option.

Are there going to be any side events? I think I read somewhere about an omaha/nlhe round of each?

Is the captain allowed to be a non-playing member of the team? e.g. like my celebrity lookalike Colin Montgomerie in the Ryder Cup.

Previously when sponsored by Blue Square or Betfair it made sense to do a betting market alongside. The market was purely a function of the sponsorship, not because the firms thought there would be a broad book to be made!
