Just lost a 35 min heads up battle ... but pleased with 2nd of 293 for $6,348.50 ...
Last night 8th from 288 in the same event for $1,075.50 ... ousted QQ vs ATo
Got to the heads up 50 BB vs 88 BB ... never made it ahead ... finally losing A2s vs AK ... flush draw on the turn but no help on the river.
Felt like a battle I could and should have won but missed every flop ...
Perhaps I should have slowballed it a bit more ... perhaps I should have hit more flops ...
Slight temptation to attempt the final table hat-trick tomorrow - but lured by the £150+15 at the Vic ... ponder further tomorrow.

Cheers guys - it feels "so wrong" to have to wait until 8pm to play again!
It's a great tournament - $50+4 re-buy - usually c300 runners 40 paid = 8pm start : 2am finish but not a crapshoot at the end ...
Obviously having said that I will never cash in it again!!

Nice score L
Gl with the spin up at the vic
Yes indeed time to spin to win ... may have to sit on my hands for a few levels ...
It will be interesting to see how strong the field is.
One of my home game is playing so may swap a little of his action.
