are we not digressing from the OP ? I think it's quite valid however open to debate  I agree, and I think it should be put out to the general APAT membership to decide upon in a vote. |

I'm going to abstain from the vote, as I think it's too controversial an issue. Des has made his point clear, but I think it lacks reasoning or substance. Definitely not half-full for me.

His argument lacks substance and is so transparent I can't believe that anyone is taking this seriously.
