Can I reserve a seat for MATT WISEMAN? He is up a mountain somewhere and doesn"t have an Internet connection. Does this mean he simply has to pay on 888 as soon as he has access?

Unfortunately 888 have set it up as a $10 event, a $20 was briefed.
