If you are all on the same floor, you could just play in the rooms and have the beds as tables. Someone could be TD and make sure the beds are balanced evenly moving people about.

Just my thoughts, I"ll keep them to myself :)

Right, it seems the hotel has a "cafateria" area. We will be down there about 10am to assess the situation. Sure you will spot us, we"ll be the blokes with the chips!

Think you"ll find the breakfast will be still going on at that time and if I remember from last time it gets quite busy.

Er, okay, well we will be somewhere round there? If its busy then I will raise you a small box of cornflakes, and 2 slices of bacon.
