Agree, Marin is also a great football player but Im a bit doubtfult that his style of playing will not work out in Premier League. IMO Podolski is a more an all-round player like Marin. Hopefully both will make their clubs happy. ;)

What is it that makes u doubt Marins chances? He does look a little lightweight to me, perhaps easily knocked off the ball. Who do you support over there?

CincinnatiKid:
FC Cologne, but not really a supporter, feel a bit patriotism for my home club. Dislike the management and their strategy last 20 years and lost my enthusiasm like I had as a young boy when I"d rarely missed a home match. Good time over, imo to much foreign players and the feeling that most of the players are simply playing as a mercanary. Im hopefull that after the relegation the new management will change in a massiv style and find the right strategy.

About Marin it"s only my subjectice point of view, maybe right maybe wrong, hope the best for him.

You"re in Koln? Where do you play poker? When I was in MG I used to play Venlo and Aachen alot

CincinnatiKid:
Venlo/NL is the closest for you. We have restrictions in gambling and not the most opportunities to play live. Always to travel 150 to 200km, so not the most motivation to do that. Last 2 years I played  3-4 tournaments in Casino Dortmund.
