Help!
Can anyone tell me what I need to do here? I won a seat in the satellite on Monday night. As is clear from the above, WHill pigged it up big style. They seem to have finally taken the dosh they mistakenly gave me, back and have told me I have been added to the list for the Cardiff tourney.
Do I now need to do anything? Is there a holding tank and if so, where is it as I can"t find it on the (wretched) WHill lobby?

Brian - the lobby is there under exclusives. Make sure your filters are not excluding anything. Glad that WH corrected their original error.

Why can"t they just automatically register you when you qualify via a satellite as any other site would do?
I"ll harass them to see what it is I need to do to get on the list.

Please enter yourself into the holding tank via the proceeds that were credited to your account
I don"t know why WH can"t put satellite qualifiers in, but as they haven"t it would help us if you bought in
