I"m not going to this event unfortunately but the people that are going seem to be having problems organising transfers from the airport to the venue.
I don"t know if anyone"s already looked in to this but I usually find that if you"re 20 miles or more from the airport then you"re as well hiring a car.
You can usually book them with your flight and they often work out very cheap especially if you book one between 5 of you. I think you"ll find it works out cheaper than 5 return train tickets and it"s definitely easier and less stressful. They also come in handy for getting between the hotel and the venue and anywhere else you might fancy.
