William Hill also pigged up the process for registering the four of us who qualified through the satellite tourney on Monday night. They gave me £25 or so and didn"t register me for the tournament!
I got two different messages from different bits of "customer services" saying different things about it. I think I have finally got it sorted out now (at least they have taken the £25 off me) but it has been profoundly unimpressive to say the least.
