Nice one Daniel, does that mean you now have the funds to take Michelle over with you ?

;D

No, she"d rather go to Italy to meet up with an school friend and go shopping in Milan.   Can"t imagine why?  I pity the shoe shops when those two get going...

Finally proof that BlueSq is rigged!!!!

All joking apart well done Daniel it was quite a tussle when it was down to 3 you could not bet on who the 2 qualifiers were going to be

Having had my aces busted by jacks on Saturday night, and a really bad cash game at DTD on Friday night, I was in one of those depressed poker states when nothing goes right and all you can do is bemoan your luck and either take a break or battle on and hope the downswing changes soon.

I think I"d been saving a few weeks of good luck all for last night"s sat.  I just couldn"t miss.  I must have been all-in for my tournament life about 8 times before getting to the final table, and I won all the races, and also won the ones that weren"t really races (like my K9 v AK).

So when it got down to the last 3 and my aces were cracked, and my AJ beaten by J6, I could hardly complain that I was unlucky!  There"s nothing quite like the tension of being on the bubble of a satellite, and  the bubble seemed to last for ages with each of us having a go at being the short-stack and the big-stack.

Like I said, it was my turn to be lucky last night.
