Congratulations Scotland, National Online League Champions

(1/4) > >>

Des:
I take pleasure in congratulating Paul Sefton and his team of Scottish warriors, very worthy Champions in the PokerStars.com National Online League.

Very well done to Ricky Jones of Wales for winning the individual rankings, with another deep finish tonight and to Tom Clark of Scotland who headed up the table going into tonight and for much of the season.

Commiserations to the Welsh who put up an amazing battle, just falling short of the team title.  Well done to North East for taking third place and to all teams and individuals for supporting the National Online League throughout the last 15 weeks.

As the Chairman would say, it"s been emotional... ;)

Des:
Can I also say a very big thanks to Ian "HaworthBantam" Burnett who has supported and organised the National Online League, more than anyone else this season.  It"s led to many late Sunday night"s, without a single game of his own!  Well done Ian and thanks very much! :)

Thanks also to JB for supporting Ian and to all of the Regional Captains for your great work in organising your teams and introducing many new players to APAT.

Thanks all!

Congratulations  to Scotland (it hurts me to say that) but credit wear credits due and to Wales for taking it to the final game, and to North East for 3rd place from all of Yorkshire and Humberside players.

We will be back, bigger and better, you have been warned   ;)

AMRN:
Congrats to Scotland for the win, and to all others that participated. It"s been an awesome competition..
