My suggestion is that the first person drawn out in each sector of four is automatically named Captain? And perhaps for added fun the last person of the four gets to have their choice of team name? .. Just gives someone a flip chance to be either skipper or founder title namer of possibly the winning team  ;D..

Jo has come up with a great idea of doing the draw from hers and posting the vid on YouTube .. I"m happy with this, but of course will go with the majority..
