That went quickly, back from Vegas and back to reality. I will be playing this weekend, definitely Sunday, possibly Saturday as well depending on how I feel nearer the time. Just some general points on this stake so everybody has total clarity:-
- All of my online MTT poker activity is going to be solely on this stake. I don"t currently play on any other sites. The only exception to that rule is online APAT events and league games where it seems ethically correct to keep my own action.
- Everybody"s 10% is worth $89.68. I will continue to select tournaments by doubling my own personal bankroll (as I have sold 50% of my action) and using the 100 buy in rule to game select. E.g. my roll is roughly $900. I will therefore aim to select individual MTT"s at no higher than $18. In reality, as I am inherently cautious, the average buy in per session in this example would be more like $14 due to the games on offer.
- I have no intention of withdrawing any of my personal roll at any point in the near future. I may re-evaluate when we get some 4 figure scores. If I do decide to make a withdrawal then I will let stakers know as it will heavily influence the levels we are playing at. The key point being that I want to move up the levels, not cash out wins.
- Due to the two decent binks pre Vegas, I now have more choice over tournaments rather than just regging all the $1 and $2 ones to get enough tables up. I will focus on the larger guaranteed tournaments and stick largely to NL Holdem only. It is stating the obvious but the higher guaranteed games at these levels tend to be higher variance i.e. larger fields, turbo"s, rebuys etc.
- I will continue to put the list of tournaments up before a session starts. I will likely just update when things start to get interesting as that will keep me focused. If anyone is ever interested in hand histories or the like then I use tracking software and can provide easily.
If anyone wants to question any of the above then feel free. If anyone wants out of the stake at any point then just let me know. If anyone does want out at any point then I will make their percentage available to other stakers before offering to the wider community. If no one takes then I will likely absorb myself depending on how much it is.
All of the above is probably a bit over the top given we are playing the micros but I want it to be clear. Plus, we are going to win lumps on this stake, I just know it! This time next year we"ll be millionaires Rodney...

Fine with me.
I need you to win it all because I"m not winning a bean atm.
No pressure.
Hope Vegas was epic - I presume a blog post will follow?

Officially declaring my 10%, my pension pot.
No pressure Mark, but I was hoping for a lavish retirement ;D
