Above the weighted average

So I weighed in with the (not so, as it turns out) fat girls last night, and my conclusion was correct, that I do indeed need to lose weight  :o

The girl who leads the sessions is very nice and helpful, although I"m not sure I"ll be making any of the WW fairy cakes they were all sampling when I arrived.

On a brighter note, a pint of lager is only 5 points and I get 64 point per day, plus weekly extras, so it is still possible to get wazzed if I don"t eat anything. It"s called the "Ger Plan" coincidentally, happy days ;D

Looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend at Luton, lets hope I run a little better than in Vegas.

Well I am 4 weeks into Fat Fighters now and 18 pounds have disappeared somehow, which is up with expectations. The intention is to lose it gradually without starving myself.

The plans for the November trip are almost complete which should be epic and Cardiff beckons, which should be a good weekend as well.

Not much else to report, although another new (to me) car will be collected from sunny Rochdale next week which should be fun.

Laters peeps

Curlarge:
Well sadly (yet again) the weight loss stalled a month or so back. Not all the mass has returned fortunately, but with 3 weeks in Nevada and California (blatant brag) coming up, there is every chance it might.

I can report that I am very organised and prepared, however the same cannot be said for young Quasar.

If you can imagine the most excited person that you have ever met and then multiply that by a thousand, that"s about were we are at the moment and there are still 17 days to go.

WE (royal obv.) have 3 new cases which appear to be about 30% of what is actually required (sigh). In addition, we have a travel kettle, another larger kettle, which is to be decorated this weekend, (whoopi-do) to leave at Tea Kettle Junction in Death Valley, tea, coffee, coffeemate which we dont even like  :o), sweetners,  knives, forks, spoons, and a host of other items that I dare not ask what they are for. All I know is, my back will be bearing the brunt of the weight of these items. Good luck me!!!!!

Vegas in November is a fine place to be with temperatures in the mid 70"s and bar bills to match. Some of the best people I know will also be in attendance, which is a fine thing indeed. I look forward to sharing an ale with you all.

So November is almost upon us and those god-forsaken Christmas decorations will be surrounding us before an eye-lid can be batted, for sure.

But before that, a 3 week trip to Las Vegas with the Degens, which as always will be epic.

Young Quasar and I are departing Vegas on Sunday November 13th to embark on a 10 day "wode-twip", taking in the delights of LA, the Pacific Coast Highway No.1, including, Cayucos, Big Sur and the Monterrey peninsula, San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, Reno and Death Valley. Then 3 days RnR back at The Aria in LV to chill out.

3 things are certain.

1. It will be Epic
2. It will be expensive
3. It will be memorable.

1 and 3 are a given, and for everything else...............

Happy Halloween people.

Des:
The thought of 3 weeks away in Vegas seems like heaven.  I"m very very jealous Rich.  Look forward to following the high jinks online.
