I"ve also had a rate from The Jockey Club (http://www.jockeyclubvegas.com) which seems to be well placed between the Aria, The Cosmopolitan and The Bellagio for a 1 bed suite for $850 (£531) including wifi and all taxes for 10 nights starting November 7th thru 17th.

That"s what I thought. Have fired an email asking about 2 bedroom suites as well.

My only "quibble" (if you like) is the location. It"s fine if your are going to be in City Center / Bellagio (or even pHo) all the time but Harrahs" location is hard to beat.
I believe that the JC is a time-share outfit so there may be salesmen about.

RESORT FEES
Interestingly, the original linked article has now been removed from the website (although the link is still valid).
Nothing official from CET and even the reservation desks / casino hosts know nothing about it.
EDIT: http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2013/feb/21/caesars-hotels-will-start-charging-resort-fees/
So...semi-official :)
