Cool - it is looking likely that I will be headed Downtown for the first 2 nights as Orleans have decided to not rollover my comps (damn, will still give them action though) so I may head to either MSS or Golden Nugget...

Thats a one night comp on the Friday to get most of the expensive nights out of the way. So, as per above, its costing me $68 for the Weds/Thurs, whatever the resort dee is on Friday ($23) and then $105 for the Saturday.
That"ll do me, considering I was looking at $450 plus for those 4 days when we started looking...

Over the weekend, a couple of people approached me and mentioned that, for preference, they would prefer not to be bar crawling Downtown on Thursday night just a few hours after landing.
I understand and, believe me, I wasn"t intending that this was a "must attend" plan. It was just a few ideas thrown together to form the general outline of an evening.
Would people prefer to do it Friday (which might be busier) or even not bother with it at all? I"m easy with whatever people want to do.
If you want something a little more sedate for Thursday evening...I"ll put my Guru hat back on and getting interwebbing.
