Ordered some dollars to be delivered today. Guaranteed they said if ordered before 1pm. I worked from home this morning to catch the postman. Postman came no delivery of mulla.
I rang and asked politely what part of guaranteed did they not understand ;D
They replied, that because of the amount some security checks had to be carried out and I "should" have the money tomorrow.
I asked him (politely) what the word "should" means.
He replied, erm well we would hope that the Post Office effect delivery tomorrow.
I asked him (politely) what the words hope and effect meant and explained what the words cause and effect would mean to him if the package was not delivered tomorrow.
It wasn"t that fecking much FFS........
