Hi All..

As many of you already know, i have had a rather amazing 2012 when it comes to APAT poker..!! Never beyond any of my wildest dreams would i ever think of winning one yet alone two championships!..

Along with the medals and cash i won i also was gifted with the great added value of Genting Series seats for both wins..

I always wanted to play at least one of these events next year, and upon the release of the new tour dates im thrilled that they are holding a leg at the newly refurbished Westcliffe on Sea casino which i will be excited about playing with one of my seats  :).

With the situation i have personally, i find it somewhat of a struggle to attend all of the live poker a year i would like to play, and being a huge fan of everything APAT i like to make sure when i do have the opportunity, that i put these events first.

So i would like to give something back to the community that has supported me, whenever i have managed to run deep you guys have been totally amazing with the messages of good luck etc,, and the remarks after a win have been so humbling you could never understand.. You have always made me feel so welcome at the live events, and helped me when i needed it, little things like helping me to and from the table, chip stacking etc mean alot to me and truly appreciate this.. making Emma feel welcome/comfy as she sits bored out of her skull whilst i sit there for hours upon hours being a complete nit  ;D.

So i would like to run a free roll/charity tournament for one of my added value Genting seats..

Have spoken to Des and Leigh who have granted me permission to be able to do this..( thanks guys amazing as always) and will be chatting to Matt later today to finalise tournament details.. date, structure, time, etc, etc,..

Also i thought it would be a nice gesture to make it a charity tournament, as many of you know i have Muscular Dystrophy and decided i would like to give back something to help them with fund raising so prehaps in the future any extra funds might help in research etc for a cure..

So i have set up a justgiving page... All i ask is for a small donation to be given on this link as it would make a huge difference to many who suffer from MD...

What a generous thing to do Carl. It"s thinks like this that makes the APAT community one of the best, sorry that makes APAT the best

I haven"t been a member for a long time and I haven"t been able to meet some of the great APAT people (hope to change that with the WCOAP), but massive RESPECT!!!
