Dunno about all the captains Dan but did see on twitter, APAT looking for players to represent Canada, USA and Australia..
Wonder if Russia get an invite, they have some pretty awesome OH/HL players on Stars *cough* ;D
Going to stick my neck out and predict the 16 teams.. although it only states a capacity for 16 teams so dunno if it is clever wording and may be that 12-14 teams compete??

5. France
6. Portugal
7. Poland
8. Canada
9. USA
10 Australia
11 Netherlands
12 Italy
13 Germany
14. Ireland (Northern)
Hmmm 2 more??? Can"t think but perhaps there may be a few others out there with ideas..
