Best time to get to Nottingham tomorrow?

Hi, I am travelling up from South Wales tomorrow and I know the day 1b starts at 2pm but I was wondering what time do I need to be up there to sign in and pay the entry fee? Any info gratefully received!!

Your seat is up for grabs if you have not bought in before 1.30pm.

I would aim for 1pm just in case.
