Thanks to Chris for the guest updates :)
Shortly after Dann Williams busts, I bump into fellow South-West Player James Newman, who has also bust out, running his short-stack of Ace 3 into sixes.

TallPaul:
I know this will probably sound like sour grapes (as I busted on the last hand of the night last night), but I think it"s very disappointing that we were playing on the bubble last night (and indeed the night before) without knowing it. There was a lot of speculation about how many players would be paid without any definitive answers.
The bubble is an integral part of any tournament and affects how everyone plays, so for the tournament to effectively not have a bubble is regrettable. Hopefully this won"t happen again in future events.
Good luck to Andy Hayes today!
Matt D:
Short-stacked Carl Pilgrim surives an early scare. All-in on table no. 14, the small blind of Andrew Hayes dwells for a few minutes, but finds a fold. The big blind of Jo Harris also folds.
We are down to 45 players.
