I know this will probably sound like sour grapes (as I busted on the last hand of the night last night), but I think it"s very disappointing that we were playing on the bubble last night (and indeed the night before) without knowing it.  There was a lot of speculation about how many players would be paid without any definitive answers.

The bubble is an integral part of any tournament and affects how everyone plays, so for the tournament to effectively not have a bubble is regrettable.  Hopefully this won"t happen again in future events.

Good luck to Andy Hayes today!

Does not sound like sour grapes to me Paul but on the 1st day you just dont know when the bubble is till you finnished day 2 late reg then you should know soon after this how many get paid. but as for not having a bubble i have to say im not a big fan on changing it on day2 to pay the bubble off unless all the players had said yes then thats fine, but for me if iv got chips and we are on the bubble thats when you can build a big stack to push on to take the comp down so the longer the bubble goes on the better pluss its is the best part of any comp

Point taken and for what it"s worth, I completely agree with you Paul.  This was allowed to slide with so much going on and for that you have my apologies.  We will ensure; alongside any venue we use, that it won"t happen again.
