Did you get the auto response reply to say they"d received your email? I sent an email yesterday and hadn"t received that, so got in touch with Nicola directly on FB. She helped me out without hassle. Give it a try if you"re still waiting.

Thanks Dawn. I didn"t get an auto-response to either email.
However Nicola has now replied and said she is going to do her verifications later in the week and send the passwords out then. So all is good.

I think they"re having email troubles they don"t even know they have yet. Going to send her the "return mail" notice I got from gmail today saying their (DTD) system isn"t responding.
