Q Regarding Selling Seats

Just a quick question... Are people only allowed to sell seats at face value? As I would be willing to pay more than the buy in for a seat if this was permitted. Edinburgh is only 40mins from me and is probably only time I could get to play in an APAT event. I tried the online sat"s and the click fest but was obviously a minute too late....

Appreciate if anybody could fill me in on whether or not you are allowed to sell/buy seats over the face value...
