Live poker?

Hey guys, Was planning on joining you in a live event last year but sadly couldn"t make it...

So im looking to do a live event but really have no clue where to start as im always playing online...

Preferably nothing too big for my first time, but something just to get into it, and i live in mid wales! so its not as if i can just walk into a casino and join a game...

Was 2 pubs around here running events but they have both stopped, so now im completely lost on where to start.

Any ideas?

Seems to me that all the casinos in Wales are concentrated in the south - Cardiff to be precise. If you want to "dip your toe" into live, pub poker, then check out your local area on this

I found this fairly quickly doing a google search for "poker in Wales" - I"m sure that there must be other sites and other pub-leagues too. GL!
