Played a few of these yesterday and managed two 2nd places.

Really looking forward to bashing these out. Anyone got any ideas of realistic achievable volumes? Profit/loss targets?

They run non stop at all times near enough.

So it depends how many tables you can play and how long you are going to play for. If you play 5 tables you will get them up inside 15 minutes easily and after that keeping 5 tables open, replacing them as you lose/win them is easy. If you can play more than 5 then you will be able to play more. On average you probably spend between 30-40 minutes on the tournaments so say 5 every 40 minutes on average (more if you can play more tables).

Some of the worlds best 180 players will play upwards of 200 games some days. This is playing 20 tables at a time with an ROI of about 13%.

Here is a good example. Ray Norton"s (Mondatoo from Blonde) stats (I am sure he would not mind being used as an example) http://www.sharkscope.com/#Player-Statistics//networks/PokerStars/players/mondonewc

So assuming you are good enough to match his ROI (this may be fair enough as the games are not as tough at this level) you will win 33 cents per game long term.

PokerStars real money Sit & Go's will be lined with gold from June 17-23, as we celebrate 100 Billion Hands with our new Golden Sit & Go's!
We aim to award $1M to Sit & Go players over the course of the promotion, but it could be more! The amount will grow with an increase in the number of Sit & Go's played. It's up to you - the more you play, the more chance you'll have of winning!
There are three levels of Golden Sit & Go:
Double prize pool + two buy-ins per player
Quadruple prize pool + four buy-ins per player
Ten times prize pool + ten buy-ins per player
If you're lucky enough to be dealt in the richest level then you could benefit by thousands of dollars!
