APAT UK Team Championship
Chipaccrual:
Food for thought that I am sure Des will dine on when he returns from Edinburgh. I think it is very difficult to rank players abilities to ensure an even ability level within one particular team.
After all, poker is the great game it is because anyone can pull up a chair and play, and on their day perform well. The better players are obviously more consistent.
As long as I make it onto an APAT team, I"m happy (even if it will probable be the 3rd or 4th string).
Should be a cracking weekend and a very competitive one.

You make good points Jon...but I think the concept of having "first teams" would be divisive within each forum as we poker players do have a tendency to over-rate ourselves.
