Memo to whoever may be choosing players to represent APAT in Blackpool......count me in if required.
I dont profess to be brilliant at this game, but am a winning player every year since 2005 and currently have 86 multi-table FIRST places on my CV, plus winning a seat on the 2008 Ladbrokes Poker Cruise and cashing in the $1000 event onboard.....so as I said, I am there if required.
  BOING BOING !!

:o I"ve had 1 win + 2 HU chopped pots, 3 2nds, 2 3rds a 4th & a 5th & go by the name of Fat Charlie Sheen so you must include me  ;D

In fairness to me, I"ve only been playing multi tables since 30th March 08 so my bankroll is healthy so far  :P

APAT:
We will be looking closely at the format for this event over the weekend.  I"m leaning towards this, please feel free to discuss.

---

I would see this working as the number of teams x 10 person matchplay STTs on day 1 with points being allocated in ascending order of exit (1pt to 10pts).   We will look at timings, but we may also have a second round of MTTs with points being allocated as per the first round.

The table winners / leading individual points scorers will return to play on day 2 in MTT format and play down to a final table, where points will again be allocated in ascending order of exit - essentially deciding the Team Championship.

The winner of the day 2 MTT will win the GUKPT seat plus Gold Medal, with the prize money split evenly amongst all ten team members. The winning forum itself would take the additional prize plus the Cup.  Top three forums get paid.

Sounds good, Des.

Have I mentioned that one of my favourite formats is STT......?

How many teams of 10 can Blackpool accomodate ?
