APAT/LPPL WCOAP Mini League - September 2013
Scousebill:
When I go to Nottingham unless I book very early for the August Bank Holiday it costs about £65-£70 per night at a Premier Inn. March/April may be slightly cheaper unless it is Easter. That would cost around £200 for three nights, then about another £40 for breakfast. So roughly £250 of my own money. I would sooner have the chance of winning a package with hotel costs included then all I would really have to worry about is petrol money and a pound or two for a pint.
Edit: About £150 - £200 for beer money at DTD prices...
If the interest from the first two is anything to go by then a lot of these packages will be generated...

I"m not surprised, if you"re paying £40 for three breakfasts plus £200 for three nights accommodation.
Scousebill:
For the last few August Bank Holiday APAT's the cheapest I have been in Nottingham for was £50 a night for three nights. The trip before last it was £49 Friday, £70 Saturday and £60 Sunday at the Premier Inn, Phoenix Park. We complained about the noise from others guests on the Saturday and got that nights £70 refunded. I always go to Nottingham with the Mrs and my daughter as they visit friends when we go. I suppose if I went alone I would look for something cheaper.
Any prize, with or without the cost of accommodation is still a good prize.
How about the prize being the entry to the APAT comps and a bit extra "towards hotel costs"... Just a thought..
