Was that my post or a response to it? If it was mine I apologize but I did read the post a couple of times before posting it reworded it a couple of times and thought it was OK, tried to make it clear that it was not personal to the OP, maybe I did a bad job of this. Like I said I am sorry if this caused any problems to mods or anybody.

If it was a response to it - well I would not be too worried about anything anybody says to me on the Internet so don"t take it down to save my feelings, unless it breaks forum rules in some way.

Odd that it wasn"t moved to the Mod Board (as would be normal) but perhaps the OP removed it himself...if that"s possible?

We"ve found the thread...and although we don"t yet have a culprit for it"s removal, I certainly agree with the thought behind it being done.

The OP"s response to Steve"s reply was not of the APAT ethos and although not "ban worthy" it certainly warranted the thread being taken down to avoid further backbiting.

My 2 cents.

Let"s just leave it there shall we?

I fully understand that threads can get out of hand ( much less here than elsewhere ) and that drastic action is sometimes necessary.

Is it possible though that we can post a notice of some sort, " moved to mod board for consideration".

That way I won"t think I"ve lost my mind and imagined a thread existed ???

That would have been the normal procedure but something odd happened on this occasion.

We"re looking into who did it for training purposes.
