How much on the turn and river?
(1/1)
Drewski:
I think maybe make a mistake in bet sizing on the turn or river here...

Turn check raise was to build the pot. Should it be bigger to make it easier to get his whole stack if the club comes or should I be going for more pot control?
Also if he is calling a pot bet do we think he is calling all in?
Thanks everyone

Don"t really understand then turn line, it"s effectively a bluff even though you have top pair and the NFD. Either bet/call or check call turn. Obviously he has a strong range by the river so bigger is best once you get there. What was river plan if you missed clubs?
Drewski:
River plan was check fold anything but the flush. If i just call the turn it look so much like a flush if it comes in and the Villain is more likely to escape the hand. Also there is the possibility that the check raise on the turn takes it down there. That was my thinking anyway
s4ooter:
Dont like the lead on the flop OOP, or the chk raise on the turn.
Seems to have worked, id rather the chk raise on the flop, chk call on turn. Gives you a better chance to stack him i think, and at least your chk raising when you have the most equity in the pot

I'm not a big fan of the flop OOP. This is strange for me
