Hero to Zero!
Jesper Gaardhoe returned from the break in pretty good shape - average stack (41k) and comfortable at his table.
However, as the first level after the restart ended, Jesper found himself wondering what to do for the rest of the night as 3 consecutive hands sent him spinning to the rail.
Hand 1 - Jesper raises 2.5x from mid position - Philip Marsh shoves OTT - Jesper folds
Hand 2 - Jesper raises 2.5x from mid position - Philip Marsh shoves OTT - Jesper calls.
Jesper : 77, Philip AJ
Board runs out 3AT54 and Philip doubles his 26k through Jesper
Hand 3 - Paul Collier raises to 2300, Jesper goes all in for his remaining 9k, Dan Dennehy reshoves for 21k, Paul folds.
Jesper : KQ, Dan AJ.
Board runs out dry 35392 and Jesper is gone before the deuce hits the felt.
Rude.
Jesper Gaardhoe in happier times - a la with chips!

Hero to Hero?
BCPC player Dale Macchiarelli is well known to be a young player with an exciting future - not quite sure at what yet, but certainly when at the poker table, there is rarely a dull moment.
So it proved again as Dale tangled with the pre flop raise to 2200 of Liam Crawford - Dale calling from the SB and the flop shows 7d 2d 5s - Liam bets 3500, Dale raises to 7500, Liam goes all in, Dale calling without malice or aforethought.
Dale shows Qd 8d - Liam showing Kc Ks
Turn Ah, River 2h and after a count, Dale has Liam covered by 3100 chips....prompting cries of anguish from "The Kid".
So next hand, after Darren Wickers raises to 2200, Dale chucks his remaining count into the middle, giving his cards a cursory glance - but getting a call from the SB, BB and of course Darren completes.
The board runs out 10h 2s 9s 2c 4s with every street being checked around. Dale announces he has chances, flipping his Qd 10s like a pancake on Shrove Tuesday.
The other three look mildly disgusted as they fold one by one, and Dale gets a playable stack back after quadrupling up!
