The S7 WCOAP was an absolute triumph for APAT in my less than humble opinion...let"s not over-reach trying to improve the already excellent.

I don"t think this is true and I think a fair few members felt a number of the stops were of a lower quality in general than expected. I agree that we finished very strongly with an excellent festival.

Paulie is refering to the WCOAP festival.

Your schedule for a future WCOAP looks great, admittedly. However, there"s no way anywhere is going to run a 2-day tourney for £5 juice per player. Or a 3 day tourney for £10. Tourneys that last this long usually have a minimum buy-in of £400+£40, and frequently £1000+£100.

Very true.

Then again, you don"t have to go back very far before casino"s would not have entertained running a £50 comp with a structure that meant it lasted more than a couple of hours.

I wonder what casino"s will be willing to accommodate in another 5 years time. Grand Prix at DTD, Goliath are trying to push those boundaries.
