You will have to show identification to enter the casino (they will give you a membership card).
If you want to play poker you also need a poker card, but those are arranged!! They will probably ask you if you need one (upon entering) but just say that you don"t or that yours was arranged by the organisation :)

Last minute question, getting from Brussels Airport to Midi Station, I assume a taxi is easiest, can we just get them at the airport or will we need to get one ordered?

It"s up to you, but I"d take the train from the airport to Midi...takes about 30 minutes I believe.
Not sure how long it would take in a taxi.
