Seems I am and you can...so I did...but I"m not happy about it.
Please make sure this doesn"t happen for Manchester and that a proper notification that online reg is open is made on the forum (or at least let us know in advance when it wil be).

Yes we missed notifying via the Forum that the Cardiff Online Holding Tank was open... apologies to Paulie and anyone else... this won"t happen again.
Having spoken with Matt, as he says, I"ll produce a Player Briefing for Cardiff (which will include a list of players that bought in via the Cardiff Online Holding Tank)... it will be published this weekend.
I will also do one for Manchester and advise when the Online Holding Tank will be open for that.
