That"s so strange I was talking to the same guy about the same thing that happened to me, I did the in shop wild magic and the cash match offer on another slot , I eventually got him to give me a £10 casino bonus with wagering requirements x20 but it took a long time to get it. the problem is they cant see what game you have played on the terminal because that info isn"t available to them so they simply say we cant check to see if you met the requirements, you really have to push them to get anything . I got half what I was owed in the end. if it happens on an online game they can check you met requirements easier.

on a side note tho coral do give me a hell of a lot more bonus stuff and offers than any other bookmaker ever has.
