Things you would like to see in Apat...
hi_am_chris:
As the title suggest, what things or initiatives that Apat currently doesn"t do would you like to see.
I"ll kick things off by saying a 2 day mixed games event (players championship?) at the WCOAP.
Would also really like to see the Stud event made into triple stud (Stud, Razz, Stud Hi Lo) .

Yes to the first, a massive hell no to the second. Would eagerly support a 2 day 8 game event at the Worlds!

A few things i would like to see..
A bounty tournament at the worlds.. say £110 (£10 juice) buy in £50/£75 into prizepool.. then £50/£25 on bounty.
WIFI permitting bring back the live updates that we used to have with Leigh/Maylis doing the commentary.
Champions of Champions event in season 10 where all National/World individual Gold medalists get an invite into a special tournament to celebrate 10 years of APAT.

I would guess the issue with having £110 tournaments as side events is it then sort of takes away from the £110 main event.
Such a fine line with providing a series the average person can afford to play most events or pricing them out of playing more than one event.

Think i would be willing to fork out £110 even if it meant missing 1 side event.. beauty of bounty tournaments is you dont necessarily need to finish in the money to make a profit..
