So we say farewell to Newcastle... HUGE thanks to Leigh Wiltshire for the Live Stream and to his assistant Des.

Many thanks to Lucy Amos for Blogging/Updating and also for her first time on the Live Stream commentating where she did a sterling job and I expect to see her do more of that in future.... and to David "Pokerpops" Amos for his guest appearance commentating.

Next weekend (Sun) at 18:00 we have the UK Online Amateur Poker Championship (£22) followed at 19:00 with the PLO side event (£11)... then we are in Luton for the UK Team Championship 30th/31st Jan... I expect we"ll have some "special one-off" Online Events over the festive season tied in with LPPL... if you have any preference on date/time/event post here and we"ll take everything into consideration and advise asap.

Thanks to the venue here at Aspers, Newcastle, and again, finally, well done to our UK Amateur Poker Champion, Andy Dodson

I didn"t manage to stay around long enough this time but it appears that it was another good APAT event as usual....
Awaiting the dates and venue of the Worlds now...
Well done to everybody who got further than me... First break and later...
Also well done to all who cashed and the usual gang who make this all happen for us...

Oh yeah.... Well done to the medallists....

How did we not chat? I was there all weekend (thin) (that"s thin as in brag, not thin as in a physical description).
