APAT Cardiff - Sat Day 1B Updates/Blog
Luthee13:
I reach the table with Jd Js 4s on the flop, around 5k in the middle and all of Tom Brady"s chips are now across the line...
It has already been re-raised all in by Darren Coleman and it is round to John Rees to decide.
He eventually folds and the cards go over.
Tom has A s 9s
Darren has Ad Ah
The turn is 4c...Tom needs a spade...
5c on the river and Tom is out.
Darren adds around 15k to his stack.
Luthee13:
Big hand...
Darren Coleman limps under the gun.
John Rees makes it 3k to go.
It folds to Maria Giampietri who moves all in for around 15k
Graham Wills moves all in for slightly less.
Darren Coleman moves all in over the top and John Rees gets out of the way.
Darren has 7h 7c and has both players covered.
Maria, at risk to Darren, has Ah Kh
Graham has 3h 3d
4c 6c 8c flop
Ad on the turn and Maria takes the lead.
7d on the river and Darren takes the lot and both Maria and Graham are sent to the rail.
Luthee13:
Another big hand...
5c 6h 2s on the board with two players all in and one tanking.
He eventually folds and it is Alan Vinnicombe and Andrew Overton left with cards and all their chips in the middle.
Alan has Kd Ks
Andrew has Qd Qc and is at risk.
9d turn
5h river and Alan takes the pot and knocks Andrew out of the tournament.
Worth noting that Alan was down to less than 4k not so very long ago...
Luthee13:
Latest exits are David Potter and Chris Webber.
Luthee13:
Leo Fung has all of his chips in the middle, looks around 5k.
Debbie Kimm puts all of her chips into the middle too, around 10k.
Everyone else folds and Leo, jesting, says "no-one has any respect anymore" and turns 5d 7d
Debbie has Ks Kc
8h 2s Kd flop puts Debbie even further ahead.
4s turn and Qc river mean Debbie will take the pot and Leo is sent to the rail.
Debbie now on around 17k
In the background, Rhys Davies and Hugh Smith have also exited.
Debbie Kimm
