Less than 15 minutes left, the tournament clock will be paused soon and then 3, 4 or 5 more hands will be played and then, the remaining players will bag up their chips and call it a night, ready to come back tomorrow.

The clock has been paused at 13:30 (minutes remaining in the level) and there will be 4 more hands...39 players left as we head into the final 4 hands of the night...

All that players can do now is go off and prepare themselves for returning tomorrow, midday, where they will play the tournament to completion and someone will be crowned Irish Amateur Poker Champion 2016.

Current reigning champion, Robert Blaauwgeers, is still in and has bagged up a healthy looking stack...but with 38 players returning, there is still a long way to go.
