Ridiculous, disgusted, almost defies belief that they should have such contempt for a customer. There are still too many staff and management who are officious, and appear to enjoy applying rules that can cause serious hurt, anger, or disgust. People reading this should never play at that place again unless they fire all management concerned, and replace them with people who are genuinely customer oriented and fair. There are still many people looking for a job. In what is after all a customer oriented industry, I would suggest replacing staff who don't like meeting customers, with those who do. In many respects it is still up to us customers to determine how we are treated. You have to vote with your pockets.
